Human being is a social animal. We need to get socialize once in a while. When you are always thinking about work, it settles in your mind. We are not robots. We can’t be productive all the time. We are humans. We need rest as if we need food and clothes.

People get curious about successful ones who are fun loving and entertaining as well. How could a person be productive and casually cracking jokes at the same time? It is no more a secret. If you also want to get out of that stress and live happily, read it out.

So, what can you do?

Stop overthinking. Spend some time with family and friends. Calm your mind with relaxation. Whatever relaxes you, do that often at least once a weak. Try to be social with people other than your profession. It will help to come out with different thoughts. Play around.
